The XXS =womens 4-6
The XS is = to women's size 8 -10
The Small = a 12 - the arm length is 25"
The XXS is 20" from armpit to armpit across the chest 29" from the back of the collar to the bottom of the jacket.
If you are tiny the XXS will be long in the arms, although you can turn the cuff back and it is the same material. The shoulder seam to the tip of the arm is 24"
The Small is = to a men's 38!
The Medium measures 46" around the hip area,and 45" under the armpits.
The Large measures 47-1/2 under the armpits.
The XL measures 50-1/2 around the hip area.
The XXL - measures 52" around the bottom.
