Shipping costs:

Orders under $105will be charged $6.95 for shipping

Orders requesting 2nd Day Air Delivery will be charged $17.00

*Overnight will be charged $35.00

*Overnight refers to the UPS shipping schedule. Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 3:00 will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed on Friday for Overnight delivery will be delivered on Monday.

Overnight orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Normal Timeframe for returns (non Holiday): 45 calendar days from date of purchase

Holiday Return Policy: For purchases made between December 1st 2009 and December 23rd 2009 the following applies: All Returns must be post marked no later than January 5, 2010. Exchanges will be given for 45 days from the date of shipment.

Orders placed outside of the holiday period:

Items returned within the 45 day return period are eligible for exchange or return. Items must be received within 45 days of the original ship date. All refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the issuance of credit or exchange. Items returned outside of this time period will be held for 30 days after receipt of the merchandise and the customer will be notified via read receipt email that the item was returned outside of the allowable time period. Customer is then responsible for any return shipping costs. 30 days after notification items not claimed by the customer will then become the property of Bestgear.com.





Return/Exchange shipping Policy:
If the item you received does not match the item you requested or is defective, the shipping charge will be refunded to you. If you are returning an item the original shipping fee will not be refunded. Free shipping: If you are returning an item and not exchanging for another product you will receive your refund less the original shipping charges. If you are exchanging an item, actual ground shipping charges will apply for return shipping.

Return/Exchange conditions of items:
For all footwear related products, please make sure to try the item and ensure their fit before wearing them outside . Once the item shows obvious signs of wear we cannot accept them for return or exchange unless the product is defective. For clothing items, please leave to original tags on the item until your are confident in their fit. Any clothing items that display obvious signs of wear, including, washing will not be accepted for return. REMOVAL OF THE ORIGINAL TAGS WILL RESULT IN A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU WILL BE KEEPING THE ITEM BEFORE REMOVING THE TAG.
