Use of the return shipping label enclosed in your shipment will incur the following charges:
Items $0-$100 - $8.50
Items $100-$250 - $10.50
Items $250 and above - $12.50
Call 1.800.GOFEDEX for pickup, or drop it in a FedEx box.
Canadian customers will be responsible for any return shipping.
Use of the enclosed shipping label is NOT required. However, if you use our label, it includes insuring the item(s) in case of loss or damage. If you use your own label, you are responsible for loss or damage to the item.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
For purchases made between November 10, 2012 and December 23rd, 2012 the following applies:
All Returns must be postmarked no later than January 5, 2013 for a refund. Exchanges will be given for 30 days from the date of shipment, after which you will receive shop credit.
REGULAR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
(for orders not placed during the holiday time period listed above)
Returns must be postmarked 30 calendar days from date of purchase for a refund.
Items returned within the 30 day return period are eligible for exchange or return. All refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment and to the original purchaser. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the issuance of credit or exchange.
Items returned outside of this time period will be eligible for store credit only. These items will be held for 30 days after receipt of the merchandise and the customer will be notified via read-receipt email that the item was returned outside of the allowable time period. Customer is then responsible for any return shipping costs if they choose not to take the credit and keep the item, which we will ship back. Thirty days after notification, items not claimed by the customer will then become the property of Bestgear.com.
If the item you received does not match the item you requested or is defective, the shipping charge will be refunded to you.
If you are returning an item for which you paid the original shipping fee, the fee will not be refunded.
Free outbound shipping only applies if you keep the item. If you are returning an item and not exchanging for another product, you will receive your refund less our original shipping charges that were incurred shipping the item to you.
If you are exchanging an item, actual ground shipping charges will apply for return shipping the item to you.
Condition terms for returns/exchanges:
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and in the original packaging. Items must be free of excessive lint and animal hair.
For all footwear related products, please make sure to try the items and ensure their fit before wearing them outside. Once the item shows obvious signs of wear we cannot accept them for return or exchange unless the product is defective.
For clothing items, please leave original tags on the item until your are confident in its fit. Any clothing items that display obvious signs of wear, including washing, will not be accepted for return.
BARBOUR ITEMS ON SALE MUST BE POSTMARKED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING DATE.
Item must be in its original packaging with its tag intact or there will be a 10% restocking fee. Please make sure you will be keeping the item before removing the tag.
Advice given over the phone as to the fit of an item is for additional help to our customers. If the item does not fit, BestGear is not to be held responsible. Body types differ greatly, so we can only offer suggestions.
