We do not charge your card until we ship your order, a bank authorization is what you will see when you place your order.

We are an Authorized Barbour Retailer, there are many fake Barbour Sites.

You have 30 days to return or exchange your item for a refund. After 30 days, you will receive store credit.

Returns can take up to 2 weeks to process.

Lost deliveries will require a FedEX investigation that may take up to 8 days.

Pricing is based upon MSRP from the manufacturer unless specifically stated.

Merchandise prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.

Typographic, photographic, and/or descriptive errors are subject to correction.

Not all products are available in all areas due to country, state, or local laws.

We reserve the right to limit product quantities to dealers. Actual shipping charges may apply.

Advice given over the phone is just a suggestion of sizes and fit. Body shapes vary greatly, we will try and help as much as we can, but cannot guarantee an exact fit.

Discounts apply only at the time of purchase. We do not apply "price adjustments" if the item sells for a discounted price after the time of purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs

Orders over $125.00 will receive free shipping if the order is processed via the internet. Orders received over the phone are not eligible for free shipping.

Orders under $125.00 will be charged $7.50 for shipping. Delivery can be expected in 5 to 8 business days for this option.

Orders requesting 3-5 day Delivery will be charged $14.50.

Orders requesting 2nd Day Delivery will be charged $25.00.

Orders requesting Overnight Delivery will be charged $40.00.

*Overnight refers to FedEX Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 3:00 EST, and will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed on Friday before 3 EST for Overnight Delivery will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Friday before 3:00 EST for 2nd Day Delivery will be delivered on Tuesday.

Canadian Orders are shipped with a flat rate of $25.00 via USPS.

BestGear is not responsible for delays in shipping due to weather.
